PRIOR TO MAY 1, 2020: A minimum deposit of $250 is required on all registrations. There is a cancellation fee of $150 for each registration canceled. Cancellations will forfeit any promotional discount, subscriptions, and incentives.
AFTER MAY 1, 2020: Full payment is required at time of registration. There are no refunds except for medical reasons. In such cases, a doctor’s certificate is required and the registration fees collected (less $150 cancellation fee) will be kept ‘on account’ for use at the following year’s clinic.
There are no refunds or pro-rated discounts for 'no shows' or missed portions of the Clinic; including seminars, meals and nights of accommodations. At the sole discretion of the Clinic Director, cancellations may be given credit towards a future clinic, with a $150 non-refundable cancellation fee deducted.
Meals & Accommodations are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the price of the clinic admission (except lunch on Friday). For accommodations, contact the Holiday Inn & Suites (the ‘official’ hotel of RNCC) or your hotel of choice. Reservations for the official hotel must be arranged directly with the Holiday Inn.
